The Bourne Autobahn

I have not been inspired for a while to write music,and then today,I threw in "The Bourne Identity" & when I was watching a car chase,I got an itch to incorporate the musical style of the movie,along with the Autobahn theme & this is the result;

Yeah another one in the Autobahn saga, cool 
I like the combination of the drum and the bass riff, gives it a good drive.

About the Bourne trilogy... I'm a very big fan of Robert Ludlum and read allmost all of his books. When the first Bourne movie came out, I was quite dissappointed about it, mostly due to the fact that they left out a lot of essential information that was in the book. I realize that this is unavoidable bit still....

Kara,

I was actually not aware of the Robert Ludlum books when I first saw this movie,as I'm not much of a reader(racing thoughts & lacking in attention span).

From the behind the scenes footage that I've seen though,the director explains that he wanted to base the movie on current events,because the books were written so long ago.
All this being said,I LOVE the Bourne movies and it seems that most everyone who is an avid reader,are usually disappointed with films,so this does not give me much incentive to read-because I am such a movie buff!

An Autobahn compilation is a fantastic idea!

Wyatt & Oren,

This is one of my personal favorites also,because everything came together better than I expected and I guess I would have to attribute that to how much of an inspiration the Bourne franchise is to me.

Speaking of which,there is some speculation to a 4th installment in the series being a possiblity,but I am not at all thrilled with Eric Van Lustbader's take on the contiuation of the series,as I had begun reading the Bourne Legacy,but it did not grab me at all.
However though,if Tony Gilroy continues to write the screenplays for this series,I am confident that another sequel will be just as fascinating.

I think that in order for another sequel to work,Tony Gilroy will have to go in a completely different direction with the story,& considering how the Bourne Ultimatum ended,I think there is still some dialogue to play with-at least enough to build on to take the story in a new direction.

I don't expect the Bourne series to turn into a James Bond franchise,but I would like to at least see one more Bourne film.
