I've just uploaded 1.4c as a developer / test version to the MMA web page. This has some important bug fixes and a set of new commands ... see the file text/CHANGES-1.4 for details. Most important addition is the MIDINOTE command which lets you insert MIDI events like Note on/off, Pitch Bend, etc. right into a MMA track. Please pound away and let me know what breaks ... I'd like to release a 1.5 version of MMA this spring and this is an important step.
On MIDINOTE, I'm working on a little application which will extract events from an existing MIDI file in a format suitable for MIDINOTE. This will be included in the next release. If you want to play with it, let me know.
