It was sometime last year when Thom produced 'Orange Flares' and I added a whistle part. However Thom didn't much care for the instrument I'd used, so here is the same idea but with my new panpipe sound.

The only word that comes to mind to describe it is "Triumphal" like the trumph of  rising sun over darkness
it sounds good
