Great stuff, very atmospheric and moody. Vocals remind me a bit of Bowie. Top notch!

Hi One
I know your style and your music so this is not a surprise to me...
But I must admit the sound quality (aka production) here is astounding. Very good.

Cheers

Nice familiar feel. I agree. The production values seem to be increasing with each new thing i hear of yours One. The drum sound stands out in particular. Enjoyed it! Thanks man  Grin

Yes the production is mind blowing. It sounds better than some commercial cds i've heard.

Hi Daniel

My pleasure Smiley

It never was

I want to know it will be okay
But it doesn't seem to look that way
I want to know peace and light
I want to do whats right

It never was and will not be
We never were as far as I can see
Time destroyed our only chance
Now it's too late to ever get it back

You can't miss what never was
You can't forget what you don't remember

I want to know some of the truth
Is getting through to me and you
I want to know it will be okay
I got to make it through the day

It never was more than a dream
We never were allowed to be
Time destroyed whats gone and past
Now it's too late to ever go back

You can't miss what never was
You can forget what you won't surrender

It never was and will not be
We never were as far as I can see
Time destroyed our only chance
Now it's too late to ever get it back

Hi One,

Real nice combination of melancholical vocals and electronica.
The lyrics are good too...

the only remark I can make is that you should pay attention not to sing under pitch... In some tiny spots you tend to 'hang' on to the right pitch... But hey, this is only a helping remark for future recordings, it's not that you're already really of pitch on this one ;-)

keep up the good work!
bye,

frederik

Not really my thing, but nice vox, like the sitar sounds.  Well done sir!

THis is pretty tight.  I haven't heard the original, but I see that you've taken something and reshaped it with sounds that are not generic pop.  It combines the contemplative, and the alien sounds of electronica in a way that's so above me.  The electronic flavor of some of the drums has a warm analog character in it reflected in the noise types and placement in the mix.  Good work.
