Hi all. This is an instrumental which alternates between a fairly downbeat verse and an upbeat chorus. Not sure if it needs a middle section to give it more variety. Comments welcome.

Many thanks to Kara & Moon for hosting and for the new auditorium.

I was very impressed with the intro.  I love a good cello sound.  When the bass and the beat kicked in for an instant i thought this song was going to bust out in a heavy funk jam.  but then it got mellow, now tward the mid end, it gets heavy, and I like it alot.  The whole production is great.  very talented.  It also is a little reminescint of the ole popcorn theme song.  I love that too.  thank you for sharing.

Very nice cello sound and melody. Unusual mix of instruments that give this track a real originality. Loved that dancy bit when the synth bass came in. Nice guitar parts. very enjoyable and different.  Smiley

Hi FourthMansions
Very original choice of sounds and different melodies and arrangements here. This is a kind of crossover.
Good variations and time changes.
I like your experimental way  Wink

Cheers

Some nice musical ideas in this one. Good interplay between the different instruments.

Can't help feeling the percussion and snare are bit out of sync now and then. Seem to drag behind the beat a bit but maybe it's just me.

Hi FM,

yeah, very original mix of genre.
Dunno why but sometimes it sounds to me like a kind of soundtrack. But not the soundtrack of starwars, if you see what I mean  Grin
In a way, this song is a movie!
Lots of great stuff in it  Wink

thanks!

bye

This song is a whole adventure story, very interesting and it keeps the attention

I'm the one thatoften complains that the songs are to long, but here I was surprised that it finished  Cheesy
I agree with Martin, there is something with the percussion in some places that doesn't sound quit right.

Thanks for listening, Magma and Kara - I'm glad you liked it. I didn't notice anything out of sync with the percussion, but I'll have a more careful listen to it.  Smiley

Wasn't quite sure what I was going to hear at first, but at 1:20 it worked well. The quitar parts sound very good, and its a good comp.

Actually, I liked everything about it except as others have noted about the snare. I'm not sure if its out of sync or not. Could just be the pattern used which sounded out of rhythm or meter or ? in spots. You've probably heard about the snare enough by now Wink But it was a little distracting to me to an otherwise very enjoyable track.
