Troubles with chord progression

Yep I have a trouble with a bridge of a song

Here is the chorus

Ebm-Bbm-Ebm-Bbm
Fm-Ebm-Fm-Ebm

Then comes the bridge
Dbm-B-E-Ab that part sounds right, but then
Dbm-B-E-Eb doesn't come back nicely to the verse which is :

Abm-F#-E-Ebm
Abm-F#-Dbm-Abm

Perhaps someone has an idea ?
