Whistler of the Day

Hi all,
This is my entry for the May contest at KVR Audio. With lot of computer crashes and
internet black out I have put together this Whistler of the Day. I am told there is
already a Whistler in the Night.  So I had to change the title

Thanks Folderol. I already posted the following reply on the kvr forum. I am repeating it
for the sake of  others over here who may be interested.

 I play by ear and intuitively add the notes as I go on. Your question made me go back to the piano roll and I found that it is in F major and a G is added on and off randomly. The octaves keep shifting. That does not explain the method I use. I almost always play/record live and the multiple tracks on different arps,scales,filters and effects etc keep changing the course of the piece.The main stream here is of the whistle.As I play concentrating on the whistle the other instruments on other tracks keep popping up depending on the pressure and accent I place on the keys. That startles me and propels me further to grapple with the mayhem. So it sounds strange as you do not find any harmony in a well thought out and constructed manner.The challenge is to strike a plausible structure that sounds musical.
It is cohesive at least to one person (me). 
 That is the way I am.

Very much like the compositions by Ennio Morricone for those western movies filmed in Italy with Clint Eastwood. Some of my favourite soundtrack recordings...

Thanks Oren for listening and letting me know what you felt. I wont deny that the Dollar
films were not at the back of my mind while working on this one. How can one forget those
whistlers who were far more effective than the gun shot sounds.
A triumph for film music.
