Just got back from a very interesting weekend, trying out a new trampoline monitoring system. I'll try to catch up over the next few days

I'm going to assume you're not joking... Grin
It's just a bit of a stretch, trying to imagine why one would want to monitor a trampoline...?

Oh it's quite genuine.
The Federation of International Gymnasts have decided in their infinite wisdom that critical time recordings are soon to be a part of the the sport's scoring system. Up till now they have relied on experienced judges to assess things like time in the air for each bounce. Hardest of all is assessing the time difference between two gymnasts doing synchronised moves.

I admit to being surprised myself when I found that good synchronised performers can get down to a time difference of less that 0.05 seconds!

P.S.
I'm still very tired and have spent most of the day collating results Sad
