This is a choral piece composed by Morten Lauridsen. Challenging in several ways, not the least of which is because it's accapella.
Finished it for a Christmas CD I gave to friends and family. Thought I'd share it with you guys.
Performed, recorded, mixed and mastered by me. The whole process from start to finish took about 2 weeks.
Unfortunately mixed down to lower quality because of KM attachment restrictions.

Thanks, Thom. Appreciate it. This definitely seems to be my niche... Whether I like it or not.  I'm working on another one right now. This time, an original composition--and a bit more ambitious in a few ways. Sounds pretty good so far. I'm also doing a concurrent "making of" for the new one as well, so those interested can see my process of creating these things from start to finish--even when the going gets rough... Should be ready in ... I don't know... a couple weeks maybe? |

It's a keeper for sure. I do have one question though and that is how in hell are you going to top this? |

This is really quite an astonishing work. I played it at work today, and it even silenced our most superficial office girl  Everyone was totally wowed, so there you go  |

With vocal skills this good, it would be a shame to include mere instruments in the recording. Invasive. Foolish. |
