Author Topic: A new guitar - Mexican Fender Telecaster  (Read 3603 times)

This Telecaster was built in Mexico, and they did a phenomenal job! The pickups have been replaced with a DiMarzio at the neck and a Seymour Duncan in the bridge. Maple neck, ash body.
I've already found a new home for this puppy, but enjoyed my few weeks with it immensely!

When a local player needs to unload a guitar, I step in (when possible) and prevent the instrument from going to some dealer or pawnshop. The owner is always welcome to buy the axe back at the same price I paid him/her for it, and eventually I pass it on to a picker who has more talent than money.
It's a fun hobby. Smiley
