Has anyone had problems installing the latest RPM? Got one fellow who's system is barfing on him and we can't figure it out. The rpm program is telling him that the mma install causes conflicts in his file system.

So, if anyone else has a problem ... or better, a solution ... please let me know.

Yeah, that's my problem. However, about 20% of my downloads are for RPM and I have one fellow with a problem. I'm assuming that the problem isn't with my RPM ... but, I'd like to know for sure.

Thanks.

Okay, I installed Mageia4 on a virtualbox. And, a simple rpm install does not work.

However, if you use the command (as root):

    rpm --install --force mma-13.12-1.noarch.rpm

it works fine.

I think I should probably create a custom rpm instead of relying on alien. Yet another project Smiley
