Due to the diminishing morale of the Starfleet crew...after having endured a 5 year mission aboard the USS Grissom...observing and cataloging gaseous planetary anomalies,Starfleet command felt it pertinent to institute some sort of extra-curricular,off-duty recreation on the new Excelsior Starship.
This new ship was outfitted to house a discotheque,located in the stern portion of this ship.To properly launch this new entertainment facility,the celebration was to be an intergalactic one...whereby the Orions,Andorians,Terrans,Romulens and even the Kling-ons were welcome to attend.
Though the festivities were a notable success...they were perhaps,entirely too festive,as the Romulans brought a pallet of Romulan Ale and the Andorians brought with them,an entire bushel of Andorian marijuana. As if this weren't already a recipe for unruly decadence,the Vulcan meal that was consumed by the crew under Captain Kirk's command beforehand,was a particularly spicy and fibrous one and along with the Romulen Ale...some very volatile gaseous anomalies went rampant on the dance floor.

Actually...that flatulence wasn't mine...but rather,it was from a woman on YouTube who had been consuming herbal laxative drinks throughout the day and decided to document her resultant gas for the world to marvel at.
Some women are utterly shameless....my kinda girl!
