Been picking away at this revamp of one of my classic tunes for a few days now...and decided to use some footage from the film that inspired this tune.

This comparison demonstrates the maturity of your recent work, Thom. Good ... and getting better. Cool

Thom you are like good wine and cheese, getting much better with age!

PS - although I liked the original I really like the latest version much better. Your sound sources have improved also!

Thanks Mario!Now...if only I could convince women of this,I'd be set for life! Cheesy

As for the contrasts between the old and the new,well...while I would say my technique has been refined over the years,my only sound source at the time, was the Korg Triton Extreme(which was very limited in some respects...but had a certain character to it,that's hard to duplicate.

It's the extra polish this is noticeable. Better detail, better sound balance.

If you have a poem, I have a tune, and we exchange these, we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
