You don't need a host, because you allready found it, we are a host.

2 possibilities, let's try first the most simple way
You allready know how to post here.
Now when you create a post click on the 'additional options' before posting it.
There you will see the possibility to add a song to your post. Just browse to a song of you on your pc , add it & post it and you'll see the magic
