At the behest of M,Q has been granted a larger budget for his department,due to the impending threat from Bond's enemies that has increased with a very foreboding level of force.
In the spirit of remaining one step ahead of 007's opponents,Q has made some rather brilliant modifications to their newly acquired Bugatti Chiron sports car.
Though such a bold move in theory seems to give bond the advantage...well..traveling at speeds in excess of 250mph...proves to be not so effective and in fact...disastrous.
