Yup. A new version just in time to celebrate the coming of spring. Yes, I know it is still a few weeks away, but it feels like spring here!

Absolutely. I really can't imagine NOT have repositories and all that wonderful software at one's fingertips with just a few mouse clicks or a few command line incantations.
