It's been nearly a year since I entered the contest, but here is my entry for this month - quite a diversion from my usual work Grin

Will, you should deviate from your usual work more often as this is fantastic  wOO

I can picture this in a sci-fi movie as the spaceship travels through the universe!

Excellent work my friend.

Nice and mellow. Great track for a cold night by the fire Smiley

What wind controller are you using?

Thanks Guys.

@Mario. If I ever try to do something like this it doesn't work at all. As usual, I was just noodling around and suddenly something clicked.

@bvdp I didn't use a wind controller. It's multiple passes on a keyboard into Yoshimi soft-synth. I got the choppy  swirly sound that runs through from the start by linking a couple of LFOs and a filter to the modulation wheel.

Sorry I haven't commented earlier.
I saved it to listen to along with the other contest entries.
It's strange coming back, isn't it?
This is a very interesting piece, Will. Lots of interesting sounds and textures.
Good work, sir.

Thanks a lot James. It seems to be doing fairly well in the voting Smiley
