This is a development of a quite old sketch I once posted at the auditorium.
It is based on some rather unuasual chord progression/layering.
In this version has become a quite bombastic thing, with choirs, some orchestral background and electronica, electric guitar and piano...

All your thoughts and suggestions are appreciated!

Reminds me strongly of those 1960s SciFi movies. Very realistic choir sounds.

Hi Frederik
Intro with choirs create a strong cinematic atmosphere, then with the free phrasing of guitar and piano the mood becomes a bit like a surreal soundtrack. The music seems in black and white.
I agree with folderol the choice of sounds made me think of a bygone era recording
Very imaginative work, I like the picture you paint.

Cheers

Interesting composition Fred, i like it  Cool

Alltough that the choirs are very good, the whole mix sounds a bit thin for that kind of music, just my humble opinion.

Hi Frederik. I liked this a lot - the combination of choir and guitar works surprisingly well. The tune goes in some interesting directions. The mix struck me as mostly good although I thought the drums could have been louder.

Thanks for sharing.

This does have a very epic feeling to it and i agree it sounds like it could be from a soundtrack of a 660's sci-fi movie. The guitar sound is nice and it goes well with the angelic choir. Interesting track Frederik.

Frederik,

Yep, definitely movie soundtrack material. Like "Barbarella" or "Planet of The Apes". In a good way  Cheesy.

Creative use of the choir sounds, and that electric guitar is cleverly interwoven.

With some adjustment of levels, EQ, and stereo placement for each track, this composition could really shine!

Oren.
