Yes  I can play this as written. It was challenging me by the end of measures 10 and 12 but I did manage to play it.

One rule of thumb I use when writing horn parts is that if I can whistle it then it can be played.  Just keep the dynamics of the whistling about the same as you want the player to use, i.e. soft or loud parts. This doesn’t always work but it does get you very close.
