1..MixMeister BPM analyzer. I hear folks asking about BPMs a lot..this one works:

For those who have never used Powertracks Pro Audio before, it has a feature as of version 12 that will not only analyze the BPM for you, if you slow down or speed up it will adjust the tempo map to fit...AND it will also analyse the chords for you from audio tracks.
 Really a cool feature. It's the AudioChordWizard.  Think about it- you can now get a tempo map that follows your playing, then program drums to it that stay in time!
 An amazing deal for $30-50...
