almost a normal tune

2 passes on piano and there's 2many notes but my ears and fingers are tired so I'll get back to this one eventually

I'll take a few days off (rest teh audio senses) before I start listening to all the other music thats on this forum!

the "little miss" version has less notes but still needs editing

and the melody is too nice to not have been thought of by someone else before but that's ok with me as I don't remember ever hearing it (...if a tree falls in a forest)

hahaha I'm gonna enter this in the kvr contest just because I'm pretty sure I'm the only human who likes it.

Although there's only piano in this tune (and I don't remember hearing anything like this previously from you) there are well known melodic elements from your own style.
My favourite version is the standard version, it brings back memory of the radio times, or b&w movies (as Kara says)
Cheers

Yeah, much closer than usual. Even a little recognizable (for me!) structure.

I listened at 1:07 a few times. Thought I was hearing something. Then yup, there it was!

You could do much worse then this (perhaps you have Wink Grin).

I think this is pretty good. If not, I liked it anyway.

Well, ya know, like, I think all my current crop of synth excess is total crap and lacks feeling (for me)
I start things with one intention and fail to arrive there...
So I thought I'd practice playing on my dinky piano keys Get back to 'playing' a piece instead of programming every note.
I'm pretty sure I subconsciously thought of Rony while dinking with the "le piano" vst, but I placed him in a smoky French bar in 1955!!!(as if)
And then ruined the feeling with my excessive notes.

There is a touch of StringZ2 in (of course) odd places

But at least I didn't pull out the "dynamite cowbell" on this one Grin

it's a creative labs "prodikey" computer keyboard with a midi keyboard USB interface
don't know if it's still made.
37 mini-keys that are barely touch sensitive and the keys are stiff and feel like a toy piano Just Like My Style!!
Had to beat on the keys for months before I could play a simple riff.

in other words... it's a piece of junk that shouldn't be considered as a keyboard.

I got it to literally plink out notes while composing.
