One of my song, Spanish Samba is finalist of the International Songwriting competition (ISC) in the Instrumental category. This is an international songwriting contest who had almost 15.000 entries; the winners inside each category will be pronounced on march, 01. During this time, family, friends of the selected people and everyone else will be able to support the finalists by voting for their song, once a day. The finalist who will receive the more votes will earn $1500. A good song you have there, is that lead melody played on a guitar ? If yes then it's very clean played. I tought that the title was a bit off, because it is not realy a samba as such, the melody let me think more of a country picking style. The guitar riff is a free sample that you can find here: http://www.loopasonic.com (one of the best free samples sites I know), concerning the title, I've created this song for a spanish TV show that was looking for a uptight song , something close to samba but any genres were allowed, so the title the most appropriated that came to me was "spanish samba" :) even if it's true, the main genre of this song seems to be instrumental rock... I'm very pleased that you give your time to vote for my song; would it be possible, if you've got time, that you do this one time a day until the end of february?
