Hi everyone,

I just wrote another one last night, and wanted to share it.  It's a Gospel tune, called The Wind.  Most of the instruments are BB RealTrax and RealDrums.  I played the piano part, and the strings and brass, using Miroslav Philharmonik CE.  I hope you enjoy it!  Please let me know what you think.

Here are the lyrics...

The Wind
Words and Music by Stephen W. Young

The wind blows gently in the trees
In the middle of the night
No one there to see
All the little things that hurt you
The things that make you cry
That make you want to leave

You wonder, could there be a God in heaven
Did He send His Son to die
Can it really be
Could He really be the answer
Does He really hear my cries
Does He really see

The wind blows gently in the trees
In the middle of the night
He is there to see
All the little things that hurt you
The things that made you cry
The things you can't explain
If you will let Him
He will heal your pain

Thanks!

Steve

I'm not really into gospel type songs, but this is a extremely well balanced composition, performance and production.

If you have a poem, I have a tune, and we exchange these, we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
