Very effective and punchy. Great synth usage here, and quality sounds everywhere. Why aren't you so sure the final melody is good ? maybe a bit too happy ? too predictable ? I'm not so fan of the small melody snippet... I can accept the (new) concept of a small melody comming in only at the end of the song, but it didn't realy add something to the song here ? IMHO,I really like everything done so far aside from the ending melody,as I think Kara is right on with his opinion. The arpeggios and the drums have a great energy and they are a fantastic foundation,but I think you should not only lose the melody,but also begin a new melody earlier on in this piece. There is a lot of energy here with the drums and the high quality synth arpeggios through out. This really sounds great. I am a novice’s novice when it comes to this genre of music so please consider that as you read this. I liked the ending melody and I think you should introduce it much earlier in the mix. If not that exact melody then something similar. I think that was the icing on the cake! Just my thoughts.
