Title: turnitdown Post by: rharv on August 23, 2007, 10:28:20 AM Here's the full version of my song contest entry, under it's original name (Rompler) and mixed with a little less 'thump'.

Classic piece of electronic art....something from the new Roland Juno...? Title: Re: turnitdown Post by: rharv on August 23, 2007, 05:45:57 PM No- all softsynths
See the explanation in the 'How I did it' topic of the song contest area. I started a topic there just for the explanations of how the songs were done. Title: Re: turnitdown Post by: kara on August 23, 2007, 06:02:28 PM It has a great groove, exactly the type of song where I'm shaking on my seat.
Beside the fact of course that it is made with a couple of Vsti's that I know realy well. Interestting how it goes away and then comes back, well done. Actually surprising comming from you, I didn't know you did that kind of music k Title: Re: turnitdown Post by: rharv on August 23, 2007, 06:11:01 PM I stick my hands in all kinds of stuff..most of it washes off.
Thanks Kara. I was experimenting with VSTi's on this one. I really like the Crystal and the SuperwaveP8. I'm sure there are lots of cool synths out there, even synth1 is useful. I have fun! I has cosmogirl a long time before I found a use for that one, and it was in this song. Title: Re: turnitdown Post by: MarioD on August 23, 2007, 06:23:53 PM Great Groove!
Really nice fad ins and outs and really good lead and bass lines. Two thumbs up - MarioD |
