Hello all I’m MarioD. 

I’ve played guitar for, well let’s just say a long time.  I played a lot in the 1960’s and early 70’s.  I started teaching guitar around 1971, I was one of the few guitarist in this region that could read music back then, and playing in wedding bands, i.e. a weekend warrior.

I discovered midi in 80’s via an Atari and I was hooked!   I quit playing “real” guitar for a while as I was doing all of my midi input via a midi guitar  and editing took up most all of my music time. Now with BiaB and Sonar it has allowed me to get back to “real” guitar playing, although I still use a midi guitar controller at times.  Of course my chops are gone so now I’m trying to get them back.
