This is a song that I helped Noel Adams from the PGMusic forums write.  Below is the description Noel posted on that forum.

We hope you like it.

“Hi all,

Recently MarioD and I co-wrote the below song in the Jazz/Tin-Pan-Alley genre. The thread of solo guitar that's woven throughout the mix is Mario playing. Here's the link ...

(link) Everything Under The Sun http://www.americansongspace.com/Noel96/

The lyrics can be accessed by clicking on the "note page" icon to the right of the song's title.

Please feel free to critique any aspect of this song.

Regards,
Noel

P.S. The tempo of this song is 120 bpm. When I listen to it, I hear it as a testament to the new audio stretching routine that PG Music use because, as seen below, the piano and guitar Realtracks used have been stretched substantially.

The basis style was ...
_J085GAS.STY (Vintage Jazz Ballad Quartet (85 RS))

Realtracks/Realdrums used were ...
1204:Bass, Acoustic, GypsyJazzBallad Sw 110
487:Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Jazz Ballad Sw 085
484:Guitar, Electric, Rhythm Jazz Ballad Sw 085
RealDrums: JazzBrushes #1

A BIT ABOUT PROCESS (for those who might be interested)
Seeing this was a co-write, I thought that I'd share some my side of the journey that Mario and I followed to get to the final song in the hope that it might give a useful insight for others who want ideas on co-writing.

1. CREATING THE CHORD PROGRESSION
I loaded one of PG Music's demos in this genre. I can no longer recall what demo I used but it was simply a starting point. Using the PG Music chord progression as a backbone, I modified chords and changed the key and format of the song to suit.

2. WRITING THE LYRICS
Once I had the chord progression working, I kept playing it over and over. Eventually snippets of phrases started coming to mind. When I found one that I liked as the hook, I worked with that and developed lyrics accordingly. All the while, I had the accompaniment playing as I spoke the lyrics in time with the music. I made no attempt at trying to create a melody.

3. CREATING THE MELODY
Using Band In A Box, I recorded myself speaking the lyrics in time to the backing. I then sent this recording and the BIAB file to Mario so that he could devise the melody.

Note of interest: Recently, I'd been introduced to a file sharing program called Dropbox. Mario and I used this to transfer files between one another. Dropbox is very simple to use. It creates a folder on the computers involved with sharing. By placing files in the folder, they are automatically transferred between computers as a background process (upload and download). The program takes care of it all without any manual input. I've found this to be a very convenient little program/cloud-site. Most important is that it allows up to 2 GB free: always a great price.

4. NOTATING THE SONG
Mario sent me a single note guitar melody that he had fitted to my speaking the lyrics against the backing. I started notating this in BIAB when I recalled that Realband has "Pitch TO MIDI Convert" for monophonic melodies. I used this and painlessly acquired Mario's melody in a few seconds. It was very accurate, too. I read the MIDI file into BIAB's "Melody" track and then made a couple of changes.

5. PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Once the song was entirely put together in BIAB, I saved the tracks to wav files and imported them into Reaper. Using Dropbox, Mario and I then swapped files until we came up with a final sound that we liked. “

Very professional sounding work, especially considering how it was put together. Nicely balanced.

Very enjoyable listen to complete artists Afro
