Laughter seems to be in danger of being designated "politically incorrect". To my way of thinking, rather than pretend they didn't notice the incident, bystanders should have: laughed, dragged the victim out of the pool, laughed, thrown her a big towel, laughed some more, and taken up a collection to help finance a new phone.
