Last week I was sent a set of lyrics by an Australian lady.
Poet and lyricist but not a singer she also sent me her rough idea of how the song should go, recorded on her phone.
I worked around that until I got close enough that she liked it.
Guitars, bass, vocals and production all done and finished in two days!

As usual this is excellent.  You have super picking skills my friend.  I liked the lyrics that she wrote and how you incorporated them into this song.  The harmonies were great as was, of course, your vocal.  Very nice lead also!

This is your best to date!

Thanks guys.
This is from an Australian lady lyricist.
I'm busy working on another two with her right now.
One is for a female singer, who we are waiting for but the music bed is done. Going to be another in this sort of style.
The other one is a rocker, also done apart from the drummer coming in.
Will post them when done.
She has a great way with words.

Drummer came through for the second one.
So this is same lyricist. Nigel on drums and myself with two guitars, bass and vocals.
All done apart from some final polish.
Complete change of pace here.

Talk about understatement Shocked
I think that's about as far from your folk roots as the moon - good work though.

Haha ...
It's no good standing still, Will.  Grin

And here is the third one from the same lyricist.
Another contrast.
Here we have Sela singing and playing whistle with myself on guitars, bass, bouzouki, mandolin, bodhran and tambourine. Composition, arrangement and mix.
