Title: this drives me up a wall
Post by: Wyatt on December 15, 2009, 09:02:57 AM
This makes me want to take piano lessons.   :D

Check the video

Spectrasonic doesn't have any examples of Omnisphere sounds, which puzzled me.   ???

..so I was pleased to find this vid.

Don't be fooled, the demo is played by Jordan... that guy can make a Casio sound as the best instrument in the world  ;D

Not saying that Omnisphere is not a good synth of course...

Yeah, I hear you on that..I have listened to him demo a lot of different hardware. He is so good!

With all the potential that keyboards have nowadays, it's really astonishing to this old guitar player.  :P

I think he is the most inspired live musician I have ever heard. His playing is also incredibly accurate - He'll never need an arpeggiator :)

The synth sounds good, but I can't help thinking that the first sample - the choir one was actually the weakest - maybe because the closer you get to a vocal sound the more clearly you can hear any anomolies..
