Hi Alain,

Welcome to our forum.
Yes I remember your site, especially the BIAB converter. What a shame you wrote this in Perl Wink
I'm a python user you see, but this is not the place for flame war Smiley
I've just created 2 sticky topics for uploading & sharing songs & grooves.

You said that a forum is not the best place to this, if you have a better idea just shoot, we have a lot of possibilities on this site... any ideas ?

Thanks for joining !

kara

Well, I must confess I wouldn't write it in perl again  Undecided. First I just wanted to use the powerful parsing capabilities for a quick and dirty script....but then the script became quite complex an a real mess in perl....next time it will be python - maybe ;-)

I'm looking forward to the new sharing page. If I may suggest: Please choose a platform that allows some automation. I've got >1000 songs and will not add them piece by piece ;-) Maybe I'm too late with this idea but what about using a subversion repository? subscribed users may commit new songs (or updates), everybody can checkout.
