Whispers in the Wind, some are quiet, some are loud, some are thin, some are phat, and some are mysterious while others are not, however they all generate in one’s head.

This is a simple melody that I thought up one night.  But no matter how hard I tried I could not come up with either a counter point or a secondary melody that would fit. So I just added some more instruments, made some changes and kept it a short song.

Let me know what you think.

Spooky atmosphere at the start. Lovely tune, that just drifts though the air. The development works well.

If you have a poem, I have a tune, and we exchange these, we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.

I love the intro, very captivating
I'm not so funned about the strings that come in later, they are a bit hard for the song, the staccato strings are very good and that lovely little violin is really crying, top notch.

The song is really good and fits the title.
A shame it's so short, certainly worth to come back to it when you're inspired.

Thanx Will and Kara!

Kara, I’ll check those strings when/if I can come up with some additional ideas.  Thanx for pointing that out.

Worthy of some special attention from the listener - and it captivates accordingly. Maybe your best work yet...
( I agree with Kara - those strings could be mixed and EQed "softer", to fit better with your other instruments)
