Zero size keymaps are handled correctly. The virtual keyboard now retains focus while selecting different instruments in a bank. Window title bar text has been made more consistent. Some of the MIDI example files have been revised. Improved metadata. More bugfixes, including a very obscure PadSynth one. Small corrections and updates in the User Guide.
