I decided to re-work this song, because the drum track during the solo of this song was sloppy,so I tightened it up.
I also introduced the original composition as an intro & ending...just as it was when I wrote it 19 years ago....hope you enjoy. Cool

Thom, this, IMHO, is one of your best to date  wOO

Super transitions and one fantastic soundscape

This is a keeper

PS – you were also very good 19 years ago  Smiley

Very interesting composition, although a little too experimental for me. The contrast between the original and modern is quite marked, and shows how your style has become more sophisticated.

If you have a poem, I have a tune, and we exchange these, we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.

Well, a 19 years time frame ? woow, I consider 2 - 3 months a long development time but you certainly beat me.
I feel many different influences joining in this track. A well structured thing, good transitions, catchy melodies. Your usual class A+ sound.
I'm condemned to repeat myself, but this is truly another excellent piece of music.
This among your best  Cool

Cheers

L.R.,

I was not in fact,re-working it all that time, but rather, I just abandoned it for most of that time. Grin

I wrote it 19 years ago,but I did not work on it again, until 2 years ago & then I re-wroked it for the second time recently.

Thanks a mint for your kind words! Cool
