Just some ramblings about this Kara-Moon place.
This has such a good feel about it, to me.
I recently got back into playing music after a break of …..too many years, and found the transition to new technology very daunting. Eventually, I’m getting there …..in some form!
I was so appreciative of finding the ‘home-pages’ here at Kara-Moon, to give me an outlet for my musical whimsies.
I’ve also been restricted by dial-up, which has made it very difficult for me to appreciate the contributions that are made by your good selves. I’m now pleased to have the high-speed connection so can contribute in more ways.
What I am finding about this place is that feeling of being with friends. It is ‘homely’ and feels as if help and appreciation and criticism are all well-meant.
It feels like …..when we were kids in the 60’s, learning to play instruments, we would go sit in the back room of a bar, or go sit on the beach with a bottle of cider, and each would learn from the other and everyone would give and get coaching and inspiration and ideas from everyone else.
That is what Kara-Moon feels like to me…….
It may be my late-night ramblings, but this place makes me feel good.
