Cool Days

It has been unusually cool around here as normally it would be cold and snowing. So I thought I might try a cool jazz type song.

I am playing the guitar and via my keyboard the tenor sax.  Band-in-a-Box is supplying the balance of the tracks.

I'm afraid I'm not so keen on this one. It doesn't go where I'm expecting it to, and some of the backing sounds a bit suspect. Good effort though if you're branching out into new worlds.

I'm getting a little feedback from non-jazzers saying the same thing.  I'm using G13b9 and D7b5 chords.  Both chords have an Ab in them and that was the note I was emphasizing, thus the comments.
