Yeah, I think the tune would be perfectly at home in the early 60's sans the quality of the recording.

This is the first song of your I have heard Martin so I have no baseline of your work. However this song is extremely well balanced.  It has an excellent mix.  The vocals were superb, as were the backing tracks.  The drums sounded perfect here.

I don't care if it's 60s or 80s  - this is a lovely song. You seem to keep getting better. I especially love the harmonies on the chorus. Good production as well. One to keep.
