You're quite right, Will......but in the alternative world it started at 25 minutes past midnight, new year morning, when my 85 year old mother had a blackout, split her head open and was rushed to casualty where I sat with her until 5 in the morning (neither of us had a drink!). She was transferred to a special unit nearby where she ended off the day having a pace-maker fitted as it was a heart defect that caused the trouble. If anyone ever knocks our health service I shall have strong words with them! It is still doubtful if she will be home for my daughters wedding on Saturday!
So.....I only wish my 'real' family were as well behaved as my 'K-M' family.

What a way to start the year. At least this has highlighted a problem that could have been far worse. best wishes to you, your mum and the rest of the family.
