In anticipation of the latest upcoming Bond film(due in November),I wanted to write a special theme...that has a distinct flavor(aside from my usual bent),which would reflect this new generation of Bond.

Hi!

I like the little synth high notes at the beginning and there's a lot to listen in this one, very appealing )

This is a great demonstration of your talents!

Nono,

The high notes in the intro are not "synth" sounds in the conventional sense per say,but rather..derived from a guitar, through a process called physical modeling...so in other words, the sound source is from an actual guitar string.
The process by which the sound is manipulated & altered,is a method of synthesis though.

Thank you for your very kind words! Cool

Well I wouldn't have guessed, this is even more of a performance then!

(I've been a long time fan of Brian May who's used to play a lot of classical instruments ) )

Nono,

I think you may have misunderstood me,as I did not perform on an actual guitar...but rather, the virtual instrument,or "module",I used...is made from a guitar..in other words,a sampled guitar string.
How I wish I could play like that on a guitar...but not in this lifetime! Grin

Sorry, I understand fast but you gotta explain it long...  Grin

Now it's perfectly clear.
