Lyra is a modern version of a typical breton (celtic) song. The principle is that someone starts with a theme and that all artists play there personal interpretation of the theme. k Title: Re: Vega Post by: Oren on December 26, 2008, 04:55:08 PM A live collaboration? :o
This faithfully reflects the spirit of the Celtic musical tradition. Nicely done! Nicely done! +1 I’ve listened to all four songs thus far and all are “radio air play” ready. Do you have enough for a CD? I think it would sell :- Title: Re: Vega Post by: kara on December 28, 2008, 06:43:47 AM Yes we have enough for a CD ;D
I don't think we will sell it... but if we find somebody who could do the mastering for free, we'll make it available as a free download on the KM site. k Title: Re: Vega Post by: Moon on December 28, 2008, 10:07:13 AM Now let me think... mastering.... hmmm.... who could do that ? ;)
By the way, sounds great. I didn't realize we've played that well O0 OK, I do think this was the nicest collab song we did that day ! Moon P.S.: I particulary just love that bass sound in this song ;D Title: Re: Vega Post by: Oren on December 28, 2008, 10:41:32 AM Now let me think... mastering.... hmmm.... who could do that ? ;) :D...Once you have all the songs selected, upload them to our FTP site, and let me know. The sound quality is good, so it should be easy. Master for Ogg Vorbis and MP3? We have dance partys here called 'Fest Noz' (breton for Night party) where local band come to play that kind of music and people dance on it. Here's another example : http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Jc0iktTwRVw When such a party takes place during the day it's called a Fest Dez (day party), like here : http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=lFa4oevkCR4 k |
