Title: PSR Post by: MarioD on February 06, 2009, 01:08:54 AM Hi all,
The band I’m in called Pumping Station Road has issued its first CD. It can be heard here http://www.kara-moon.com/index.php?modid=mod03&l_submenu_id=m001_03_06&artist=Pumping%20Station%20Road It’s our first try so please give us any positive constructive criticism you can think of. The CD is very diverse in sounds so each suggestion should be aimed at one song. Thanx all – MarioD Title: Re: PSR Post by: Oren on February 13, 2009, 10:31:24 AM Mario,
I took some time to listen to the first tune of your new album..."What a Turn On" Had close listen, and really liked it! The traditional bass/drums/guitar thing blended with distorted guitar, harmonica, and synthesizer provides a combination of sounds I've never heard before. Refreshing, and original. :- Title: Re: PSR Post by: MarioD on February 15, 2009, 04:17:02 PM Thanx Oren for taking the time to listen and the positive comments on the song. You really make Steve’s day; Steve is the singer, composer and harp player on this one.

Finally had time to take the grand tour, and it was worth it! :; I like the songs, the performances, and the arrangements, but what really stands out is the production. Crisp, detailed, and very listenable. (these guys are so lucky to have you on board...) Oren. |
