Hi Neon, I absolutely love this one !!! Really fabulous. I don't think it is a sad song. Were I come from they call this emo-pop and most of the time a deep vocal voice start the songs and than goes up all the way. Don't know if you know but I mean but I'm think I'm referring to the style like Bono did in some of his songs (e.g. With or without you). Still, this is the kind of music that make you hair raise on your arms. Love to hear the version with the vocal. And should you leave it like this, it could even become a theme song for a movie. Absolutely a great piece !

Lovely combination between the guitar and the piano, light and they complement each other.
You are absolute right, it is a great ballad which would be wonderfull with vocals on it.
Writing text for a song is not an easy thing, I struggle with the same problem.

But who knows, one we have more members here, somebody will be happy to collaborate with you  ;)

This is very good. i loved the guitar arp, reminded me of the cocteau twins a bit, but without the heavy effects. The arrangement is well put together and it will sound even better with vocals. I played along to this with my own guitar. Good work.

Yeah, this is real nice, Neon (aka Whisper). Lovely vibe.

I'ts a kind of difficult for me to find some lyrics for this song though....

Just let the song and the emotion sit in your head awhile, I'm sure the words will come along.

Hi there, NeoN,

I just been listening to this beautiful tune of yours.  It really doesn't need words, if you can't find them....the tune speaks for itself!
I don't know if your familiar with my own music (see 'artist page' here on Kara-Moon), but I am well into traditional folk music with 'real' instruments.  I would really love to try putting a (irish style) whistle to this tune, if you would let me?
 :)

OK, I'm really waiting to see how this will sounds like cause this song has something very magical. The whistle sounds like a great idea. Looking forward... ;)

Hi NeoN

This is very good. i loved the guitar arp, reminded me of the cocteau twins a bit, but without the heavy effects.
A nice tone !

I like the structure of this track, the melody, it'll be a killer once you add vocals !

It really doesn't need words
Hi there !
This is really cool ! I love it. Your playing is really expressive.
You soon have the feeling it's a real instrument and not a vst emulation. ;)
A fine work

Cheers

It gives the song a new dimension, very human.
You should send your track to Neon so that it can be remixed.
At the moment it suffers a bit from high freq's but nothing that can't be fixed with some remixing and EQ  8)

Thanks,
Laguna, Kara, NeoN,  for comments.  I enjoyed translating this lovely tune.

@Neon,
If you want to take up the suggestion of Kara, to do a remix, just let me know and I can send you a solo copy of the whistle part for your 'manipulation'.
Enjoyed this.

James.

Neon, James, this sounds very, very great. The whole composition sounds very human indeed. This is the kind of music that let's you forget everything for a while leaving you with a "good feeling" afterwards. Very inspiring !!!

Hi Guys :)

Here's the Track, as I mixed it with the fabulus Flute by OffTheWall!
I added a little GlaceVerb to the Whistling Track..

OffTheWall: Thank you ;)

Enjoy....

The Eq on the wistle is real good and the verb makes it fit very well in the mix
I would perhaps put it a tiny bit more upfront...

Great song guys

WOW, peter.......you've done wonders with this!!!

It just shows, to me as a mere novice at this game, how the production and mix can be so vital to the outcome.  There is no comparison to my initial version!

Well done that man!

Thanx man ;D

I tried to do my best to mix it as well as possible in FL Studio...!
I used the wonderful and dramatic "GlaceVerb" (the effect on the piano & the Vibraphone as well),
and a multiband compressor as well as an ordinary reverb, and of course a 7 band EQ...

Glad you liked it!

Thanx man! ;)

Nice Lyrics!! I have a vocal melody in my Mind, akind of strange...
I will mix your lyrics with some phrases I've come up with,
and let's see.....
I will use your 2nd Paragraph as Chorus
I have something in my mind with a nice ending...

BTW, did you download the version with the Flutes by OffTheWall?
