Title: Maunder Minimum Post by: elwoodblues91 on August 03, 2015, 12:24:24 AM The "Maunder Minimum",is a title that references a very rare weather anomaly,whereby the sun's solar activity is diminished by over half,resulting in a mini "ice age".This last occurred in the time period between 1645 thru 1715.
This solar dormancy,is predicted to reoccur 15 years from now.I am both excited by this and a bit concerned and well...I'm really looking forward to the summer seasons,during this era!
