Title: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Kind of Moment Post by: MarioD on February 14, 2017, 01:42:20 AM BobH was over last sunday and said he had an idea for a song called A Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Kind of Moment. You know lets sing about some of the bad things that happen to people. So we put our heads together and came up with some lyrics and picked a Band-in-a-Box style. That week I polished the tracks and this Sunday Bob sang the lead and I sang the harmony. This was a real quick and dirty ditty.
Let us know what you think. Whiskey tango Foxtrot Kind of Moment V1- I was driving on the highway In the pouring rain I knew I had to take action fast When this fool came in my lane I swerved and almost hit a tree And as I spun around I saw the jerk through the window he was texting on the phone C1 Cause it's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment I just can't believe what I saw It's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment It's the one that makes you say don't that take all V2 I was sitting in the drive through lane At a fast food restaurant I placed my order and when I got home My order wasn't what I got I order a burger and a side of fries They must have thought I was overweight Cause when I got home and opened the bag There was a salad in its place C2 it's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment Those idiots did not give me a deal It's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment It's not gonna to be a happy meal V3 Now I went to the doctors To get a physical I filled out all the triplicate forms It was a living hell When I went to play the bill He said I would be fine I handed him my insurance card That's when I was denied C3 it's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment Bad insurance that's just my luck a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment That makes me wanta to yell what the Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment It's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment It's a Whiskey tango Foxtrot kind of moment Rant on Title: Re: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Kind of Moment Post by: elwoodblues91 on February 14, 2017, 02:16:44 PM I have many,much more colorful and twisted stories to tell...that I could make a career out of telling them,musically!Is the all done from BIAB?Also...were you trying to go for a live feel?It just sounds to me,like a band being recorded with a field recorder.
