Title: Proudly presenting... Hic Anda Thu Post by: sciurius on August 16, 2020, 03:47:55 PM We are proud to present our new double-album ‘Hic Anda Thu’. One disc contains songs in dutch, the other disc contains songs in english. All songs are written and composed by ourselves.
MMA played an important part in creating this album. For example, for several songs I created accompaniment tracks with MMA that were used rehearsal and as guide tracks for recording the other tracks. In some songs, MMA generated MIDI tracks are used. With a few exceptions, all songs were recorded using a Zoom H2n (handheld recorder, often used as a microphone) and a Zoom R24 multi-track recorder. Mixing, effects, midi-instruments etc. were all done with Ardour. This is a non-commercial album. I look forward to listening to some or all of the tracks in the near future ... only problem is that they only seem to be on Spotify, a service I don't subscribe to :-\ Any chance of posting it (or excerpts) in an alternate location? I was under the impression that youtube music was their paid service. I honestly keep track of all of the different names the google uses for their services. Listening right now to the Dutch track ... I actually do understand every other word or so and curse that I have lost my Dutch language so totally over the years. Anyway, the tracks sound great.
