Yes, I have to admit, I'm getting impressed with my linux daw....

I've managed to configure Hydrogene and Ardour so that they are syncronised.
Both wise MTC (midi time code) and MMC (midi machine control)
I've configured hydrogen to output each drum on a separate output and connected them to separated inputs in ardour.
It's realy nice to see, when you hit record in Ardour, to see it recording 8 tracks at the same time with different inserts on each track  Grin
And all this with 11 msec latency

Pretty good I would say  Cool

Kara,

You've already reached a goal I'm aiming at.

Looks like I'm going to have to work harder, just to keep up.... Roll Eyes

A great way to work with digital audio, though, isn't it?

It realy is great yes. What impressed me the most actually is that it is working without a glitch or a crack on my modest Pentium P4 Smiley

If you have troubles getting it setup, now you can ask Cheesy
I found it out myself with trial&error and reading on internet.

Somehow I get the feeling that you are all leaving me behind Shocked

That's one of the better aspects of digital music:
The depth of knowledge and experience of a long-time enthusiast is irreplaceable. It builds on itself, and there is no substitute.

So, I say (more appropriately): "Keep it up, old man!" wOO
