Hi Servetus
this is a slow and meditative number, I usually don't like long spoken parts, but it works here since it's some kind of narrative voice and it's a part of the hypnotic atmosphere, (and the other pitched vocals are ok as well)
Very good sad guitar and noises

Cheers

Thanks Laguna. Yeah, I thought of Slint part way through it. Thanks for listening.

This is very cool song, great combination of the guitar and the spoken voice.

Is the crackling noise intentional ?

This one is destined for a movie soundtrack. Intense.  Cool

Many thanks, Kara and Oren.

Kara: Well, intentional in the sense that I knew it would be there. I did all the recording with a set of broken headphones (only the mics worked on them), so I dampened the noise as much as I could. I also just dangled the bloody phones out my window and recorded five minutes of noise/birds as a backdrop.

Oren: Heh.. movie soundtracks are awesome. They've influenced me a lot.

Thanks guys,
Servetus

it's great... I've been working on film ideas too and I must say that you make a great colour of that idea... my English is not that good to put up with the narrative voice, but it's a excellent clime you make

This one of those songs that grabs you and holds on to you!  You have to listen carefully as to not miss anything and you must hear it in its entirety.

The guitar is super, as were the other tonal choices.

Very interesting and very good!

This one seemed to slip past me somehow.

It is very curious, just a little bit sinister. Thought provoking.

Well gee. I leave for a while and end up with a bunch of feedback. Thanks a lot for listening.

mlit: I can hardly agree more.  Wink

artepobre: Well, thank you. I do hope the movie field goes well for you, I've tried my hand at more than a few screen-plays. It's a monstrous undertaking.

MarioD: Heh, thanks, I wish the guitar were more.. not tracked. Hopefully I'll be able to do more playing in the near-future. Thanks for listening.

folderol: *nods* Well, thank you. I enjoyed making it, or, more pointedly, letting it happen. Glad it didn't totally evade you.

Thanks again.
