Hi all, my internet connection was broken for some days It seems to be ok now. In the meanwhile I have done this theme. It needs more work I know I have in mind a kind of "film noir" where the hero is walking alone at night in town, with rain falling and colored neon reflections. Hope you'll enjoy it bye mag

Hey Mag ... this is MAGnificent !!! As an *oldie* this takes me right back to the 60's. It reminds me so much of the Graham Bond Organization which featured Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and saxophonist *** Heckstall-Smith.(before Baker and Bruce became famous) This piece shows the same sort of rhythmic and textural interplay as those guys had back then. Thanks for sharing this. James

Hey there Mag...this is an ultra-cool lounge gro0ve! I was already buzzing from a psychotropic energy drink..so this tune added to the fun. Such a snazzy-jazzy style...what craftsmanship! Cheers, -Thom

This is really first class. The only thing I can say is you don't pay your band members enough - somebody could poach them

Hi all, thanks for your great feedbacks!! Unfortunately my connexion is broken again and I write from an internet cafe Alienz, all is done with a freeware called buzz. The ePiano is a free vst (Mr Ray21 I think, or maybe Mr Ray73 or Mr Tramp I dont remember). The sax and trumpet, the bass are free soundfonts, guitar is a vst. There is no loops or sampled music, it's all written. Drums are programmed with free one shot samples. Thanks again!! bye mag

Thats amazing that those are soundfonts, I was convinced you used some of those expensive gigantic sample based instrument library for that.... Did you use reverb or any other fx?

Mag, this was super!
It reminded me of a late night, after hours jazz jam session.
Outstanding use of SF2’s.

cool words mates Lot of soundfonts can be founds at : www.sf2midi.com/http://hammersound.com/cgi-bin/soundlink.plcheck also the Links section at hammersound and google for soundfonts. I used a buzz soundfont player called XS-1. It's a plugin created by the Buzz coder. Check some info about it here : http://www.jeskola.net/xs1/content/test/In this loader you have some fx like reverb chorus, lowpass filter, lfo's and so on : Now you have up to 16 parts meaning you can load 16 different soundfonts!! Bye btw : connexion is still broken mag
