It's been quite some time, hope you all are doing fine  Smiley

I'll make my re-entrance with some new uptempo thing. Kept it pretty simple: only guitars, bass, dums and vocals.

All comments and suggestions welcome!

A nice pop song.
At the start the vox could be a tad more upfront.
Listening to the whole song, I would say that the voice could use some Eq so that it stands out a bit more in the song.

Very much agree with Rony here, but I wonder if it would help to sharpen up just the lead 'singer' and leave the harmonies as they are.

I found when trying to sing, that I was a bit hesitant on the start each time, so developed the idea of have a short warm-up intro to sing any old rubbish over (which was of course not recorded. I wonder if the same trick might help you too?

Nice pop song anyway.

Cool stuff Frederik, this is a very nice composition and sounds good indeed.
I love the vocal lines, and although you said you kept it simple (arrangement wise) it is NOT empty at all
Well done

Cheers

Thanks for your kind word and usefull suggestions.

Yes, when I say I keep it pretty simple I mean I don't throw in piano's, hammonds, strings etc Wink

Super song Frederik!  Very nice backing tracks.

I do agree with Rony in that the vox should be more out front.

“Guitars, bass and drums, what more could you ask for” says a guitar/bass player!

Thanks Mario!

I'll lift the vocals a bit, seems that everybody agrees they're not loud or up-front enough.
