Very, very good. Real film soundtrack material.

<edit>

Come to think of it, why isn't this in the 'Respect' collection?

If you have a poem, I have a tune, and we exchange these, we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.

Wow, you guys!  Thank you so much for your generous comments. Really made me feel good today. I appreciate the encouragement as I keep  plowing new ground for me.

@Thom: You are going to love Reason. My biggest secret is that I spend an inordinate amount of time sifting through tones. I may have the cart before the horse, but I sometimes find a tone that sets off something for me. Then finding another to go with it becomes a big challenge. Let me know when you are up and running with Reason and I will send you some combinators.

@Mario: I am glad to hear that. I had hoped it would be evocative. Louise made a similar comment. I love it when I trip out and then the  music can share the trip.

@Kara: I always appreciate you..thanks!

@Will: Thank you!  I finished it in 2009..is that too late for the Respect album?

Thanks again all,  for totally overwhelming me today. Perfect timing..just what the doc ordered.

Cool

Yes it is  Grin
Cinematic is the right word for this kind of track (although is often abused when commenting music).
The synth sound, and the excellent pad are a perfect match for this atmosphere song. It seems easy because of the simple arrangement but it has excellent lead-lines and I think you worked hard on that.

I agree with Mario this is really evocative

Cheers

Just had this playing while I was wandering round the house doing 'evening' type things - very relaxing!

Yeas very evocative track Wyatt and ican't really add much to what's been said by the others. Lovely symphonic sounds that conjured up the rolling sea and the lead sound was the perfect accompaniment. Great work.  Smiley
